About this hunt
The Havasu Gold Seekers' Thanksgiving-season treasure hunt and turkey dinner at the club's Basecamp, 7280 Franconia Wash, Yucca AZ — Saturday, November 21, 2026. Hunt at 11 AM, dinner at 1 PM. The club buries coin and gold nuggets bought with the buy-in money and gives hunters a set time to find them (its March hunt put $300 in coin in the ground, plus a couple of nuggets). Club members only — but anyone can join: $150 the first year ($100 initiation + $50 dues), then $50/year; the application is on the club website (contact James Rixie, 928-208-7294). The 2026 hunt fee isn't posted yet; last year's was $20 per person.
