Annual open seeded beach hunt at Midland Beach Parking Area #9 (Father Capodanno Blvd. & Lincoln Ave.), Staten Island, NY. Hosted by the Staten Island History Hunters Metal Detecting Club (est. 2006). Saturday, rain or shine: registration 9:00 AM with coffee & donuts, novice hunting-tips class 10:00, morning silver hunt 10:30, free pizza lunch 11:30, optional gold hunt 12:30 (+$36), afternoon silver hunt 1:30, prize drawings / token redemption / 50-50 at 2:30. Silver seeded in every hunt, plus top prizes and raffles; 100% of entry fees go toward the event. Participation is limited this year — register early.
