53rd annual seeded hunt at Smith Lake Park, Cullman AL (~45 miles N of Birmingham, W of I-65). Saturday Oct 10, rain or shine; gate access code 339072#. Schedule: registration 7:00–7:45 AM, Warm-Up Hunt 8:00 (clad), Silver Bonanza 9:30 (silver quarters and up), Dollar Bill Hunt 11:00 (buried paper money + a $1 coin), lunch, Main Hunt 1:00 (prize-board tokens + keeper silver), token-prize awards 2:30. Early arrivals Oct 9 can join the Wingo Fun Hunt. Headphones required; small digging tools only (no hoes, shovels, rakes, or pulse machines). Mail-in registration by check/money order (no cash) to WBTHA, 518 JD Hill Road, Nauvoo, AL 35578 — do NOT mail after Sept 1, register at the hunt site only after that.
