About this hunt
4th annual Show-Me Pro/Am, a metal-detecting event across Patterson and Greenville, Missouri with both seeded and natural hunting on 1,200 acres — including ground never detected before for 2027. Friday: meet-and-greet from 5 PM until dark at Greenville City Park, with a FREE night hunt immediately after. Saturday and Sunday are based at Otahki Lake KOA Campground, 1224 Wayne 318, Patterson MO (reservations open now at otahkilake.com). Organisers advertise over $50,000 in silver and gold given away with 200+ participants, thousands more in donated prizes and equipment, raffles, drawings and a fishing contest, plus a free kids hunt again in 2027. An optional SPECIAL NATURAL HUNT runs Thursday and Friday at multiple locations for a 1 oz silver donation per day. Run in collaboration with the Stars & Stripes Museum and the East Wayne County Chamber of Commerce. Participant numbers are capped and badges are selling now.
